「可唔可以講下皮鞋鞋帶要點綁？」收到patreon訂戶message的一刻，佬編輕蔑地笑了，然後陷入沉思。諗深一層，穿鞋帶其實都幾難講。
原則上，鞋帶可以有無限種穿法；但實際在dress shoes上，極其量可以歸納三種穿法：平行線、斜線，以及交叉線。至於波鞋或運動鞋，有機會下次講。
傳統來說，最formal的Oxford，傾向會用平行線的穿法，鞋帶呈一條條打橫的平行線，是非常穩打穩紥的造型。怕麻煩的話，其實識這種穿法已經夠打天下。
將鞋帶由上至下，穿入最底排的兩個鞋孔，然後將右邊的鞋帶，由第二排左邊孔的底部穿出來，再由上至下穿入同樣是第二排的右邊。然後，將最底一排左邊的鞋帶，從第三排右邊孔的底部穿出來，由上至下穿入第三排的左邊，如此類推。視乎鞋帶孔的數目，將以上步驟重覆，直至剩下最後一排。
這𥚃要記得另一個原則：最上排的兩個孔，一定是由下至上穿出來。這是佬編自己的慣性，純粹是因為掉轉由上至下穿的話，綁鞋帶會有點不方便。正如上面所說，任何鞋款，包括Derby甚至各種款式的Boots，都可以這樣穿，基本上不會出事。
